A north side elementary is located on a busy street where the school zone speed limit is often exceeded–so HTV’s Anthony Matrone and Jeremy Wells got proof and then reaction for this segment.
Back Story: Springfield had seen at least one school zone death and other near-tragic collisions in the months leading up to this story.
